Our Production Steps

Our meticulously applied production processes for high-quality products

Design and Project Planning

Profile designs are developed to suit the product's intended application and the customer's requirements. Technical drawings, material selection and tooling requirements are finalised at this stage.

Tooling Production

Custom tooling is produced for the completed profile design. Tooling quality ensures that the profile is manufactured to precise dimensions and with a smooth surface.

Raw Material Preparation

Suitable raw materials such as PVC, TPE, EPDM, POM and sponge rubber are selected according to the product and prepared for production. Colourants and additives are mixed at this stage.

Extrusion

The prepared raw material is drawn through extrusion machines at high temperature. The profile passes through the die, takes the required shape and emerges with a uniform form.

Cooling and Calibration

The extruded profile is cooled under controlled conditions in water baths or air tunnels. Calibration is applied where necessary to ensure dimensional stability.

Cutting and Surface Finishing

Once cooled, the profile is cut automatically to the requested lengths. Adhesive tape application, dual-colour production or additional processing is performed where required.

Quality Control

Products undergo detailed quality inspections for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, flexibility and durability.

Packaging and Shipping

Approved products are packaged according to customer requirements and prepared for shipment.
